Mr. Sadat specializes in consulting and financial solutions for closely held companies. He has been lecturing for over 15 years at colleges and various organizations throughout Southern California.

He currently serves as a member of the California Board of Accountancy’s Enforcement Advisory Committee and Peer Review Oversight Committee. He previously served on the California Board of Accountancy’s Report Quality Monitoring Committee.
