A partner with Magidoff, Sadat and Gilmore, LLP, in Woodland Hills, Mr. Sadat specializes in consulting and financial solutions for closely held companies. He lectures at colleges and various organizations in Southern California. Seid is a member of the California Board of Accountancy's Report Quality Monitoring Committee.
