Alex Kwechansky, DABFE

Alex's fraud classes are very interesting.  He always keeps us all awake!Alex Kwechansky, DABFEAlex Kwechansky, DABFE is a Certified Fraud Specialist in fraud detection, operations restoration and recovery. He advises executives and investors of retail, manufacturing and development companies. Additionally, Alex handles divorce and condominium fraud situations for his clients.

Alex Kwechansky is an accredited fraud detection specialist and business operations consultant. The American Board of Forensic Examiners has granted him the accreditation of Diplomate, specialist in forensic examinations.

Alex's services include examination of operations and financial data to detect potential fraudulent activity and advising how to control damage and restabilize the company.

His consulting activities include strategic planning and crisis management for businesses operations including financial management of professional individuals.

He has many years of experience in business fraud investigations, reorganizing and protecting operations in retailing, manufacturing, service industries and professional practices.

Since 1981 he has been designing and teaching business courses at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension Business School. He created and taught the course Detection and Prevention of Fraud in Business and Finance from 1991 through 2004. He currently teaches Continuing Professional Education seminars for Certified Public Accountants and attorneys on topics about untraceable business fraud and client deceptive practices.

His book, Never Underestimate Who Can Cheat You! teaches how to recognize and protect against fraud and deception in the business world. He has been extensively interviewed in the print and electronic media.
